What is the value of our music ministries?
Music is a communal outlet for the joyful heart—a vehicle to express praise and worship to almighty God. Music is also a voice for the heavy heart. Many come to church weighed down by personal trials or the news of tragedy around the world. But we are uplifted by being together, by joining our voices, by comforting one another with hymns that articulate our faith, by re-ordering our thoughts, by finding strength in beautiful melodies and true lyrics, by experiencing spiritual unity as we blend our chords, and by sharing holy moments together. Our music prays the prayers that we all need to pray, and reminds us of the God who loves us all. The music of Gary Church is the heart of Gary Church.
