Education

I grew up in northeastern Ohio and graduated in 1981 from Ashland University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. I am currently in the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at Dominican University. My plans are to work as an elementary school librarian after graduation. I also work part time at Washington Elementary school in District 200.

Family

My husband Tony and were married in 1993 and have two children, Naomi and Sam.

Gary Church involvement

We moved to Wheaton in 2000 and joined Gary Memorial United Methodist Church that same year. I have been involved in teaching Children's Worship and Sunday School since that time. I also work as a wedding coordinator at Gary United Methodist.

I am grateful to be a part of such a strong, growing congregation that values all members and provides an exceptional children's ministry.
