Confirmation at Gary Church is a special year for 8th
graders involving class sessions, acolyte service during
worship, field trips and service opportunities.
Class sessions focus on the basics of belief, exploration of world religions, Christianity and Methodism & membership at Gary. Classes begin September 2nd and end in May with confirmation service for those completing the program with induction into church membership, which marks the beginning of a lifelong faith journey. Classes are held Sundays at 10am in the Heritage Room of Gary's Ministry Center on the third floor.
